How do I place my order?
Please phone ahead (916) 442 - 4256 to set up an appointment with our wedding cake consultant. She will be happy to show you various designs, offer samples to taste and provide you with a cost estimate.
May I sample your work?
Definitely! Your consultation includes sampling from a variety of our delicious cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. Please keep in mind that due to the small size of our bakery we request that you limit your party to no more than three people.
Are there any requirements prior to scheduling a consultation?
It is helpful to have an event location determined, along with an approximate guest count, so that we may provide you with an accurate estimate.
May I supply design ideas?
We have an extensive portfolio of our work for your viewing and we look forward to working with you to create the exact cake you would like. Please feel free to bring in any photos, cut-outs, or other inspiration pieces from which you wish to work.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver throughout the Sacramento area. At this time we no longer deliver to the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe or Napa Valley due to time constraints.
Do you supply flowers?
Freeport Bakery does not supply fresh flowers, but upon request, we will place flowers at the reception site. The fee for flower placement will depend on the complexity of the design.
When should I place my order?
It is best to place your order as early as possible, as we book up quickly. Wedding cake reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. A $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve your date with our bakery and will be applied to the cost of you cake. This deposit is non-transferable.
